RETURN POLICY

YOU MAY REQUEST FOR A REFUND / REPLACEMENT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF DELIVERY FOR ONE OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

1. Defective product received
2. Product damaged, shipping box Good
3. Both product and shipping box damaged
4. Received extra item I didn’t buy (No Refund Required)
5. Wrong item received
6. Performance or quality not adequate

When you place a return request for an order or a part of order, seller will authorise your return request if the selected reason for the return request is valid.

Prince book House sellers doesn’t have the facility for the return pickup. You have to send the book back to the seller’s address once your return request is authorised.

If the reason for the return is because of the fault of the seller, seller will refund the return product cost.

For any products for which a refund is to be given, the refund will be processed once the returned product has been received by the seller.

Refunds for all eligible orders are issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase. The time frame for different payment modes will take a maximum time of 5-7 business days to credit the refund.
